focusing the upcoming work (potential parenting)

Sorry, I  left my  phone at home for little while charging. I saw you had left msgs but I haven't had the time to read. however, here's some reflections on our last chat:

My observations from being a dad…. Sometimes despite your best efforts , your child is not going to agree with you, come out like you.. we can expect, this. Here’s my thoughts.
The idea of parenting. Some couples set out to make babies in a targeted procreation, for others this happens by happenstance,  a regrettable accident. Either way, we.. as all animals of the kingdom, raise the kids in our own image, passing on our values, as it has been for thousands of years. Worldwide attitudinal and behavioural shifts don’t happen very suddenly, it takes generations and exposure to “difference” in order for true change to occur. I’m reminded of how recently segregated schools were a reality in America and South Africa. These facts are part of the cultural landscape that are hard to die. They stick in the memory of grandparents in the form of prejudicial biases passed on to children. Favouritism towards an archetype, wants and wishes for riches, or violence, all passed on to children through nurture. What if your child rebelled? Would you fight the urge for the new and modern to take its course, what if it’s more destructive than you could ever imagine. Can you stop it? Free will
This planned conception we’re birthing.. is it he or she? Does it mater? What would they look like? What name shall it inherit? (the first and most lasting decision parents make) Where shall they live, and in turn inherit the surrounding cultural values? What is the economic status of this family? What is the structure of how this child aspires to goals in the future world? What problems lie underneath the surface? What image do they try to portray vs what they really are?
So many repercussions stem from the one-night-stand. We owe it to the world to make the ‘right” decisions at the time of conception, but undoubtedly things will go wrong, they always do.

What does it mean to negate fundamentalisim?
Do we want the baby or try to abort? Are we neoliberal, libertarian, socialist, etc in our approach? You mentioned neo-democratic and post-democratic space, tell me more what this means to you. “Labour pains’ stood out as a really interesting part of the understanding, also our names and how androgynous they are can be fun thing to play on. You also said that certain actions happening in the world “sucks energy” and it’s important to “incorporate in the palate”, this stuck with me.
Here in NZ we have protests about women’s rights, the environment, water quality, The trans pacific trade, the usual stuff, we also have the resistance against diversity.  A quiet conservatism brewing. We have global corporations and their government supporters getting away with indecencies.
This experimant will be similar to trolling, you know. Most trolls “like” on facebookor complain with click, at a distance. Real activists like Noor wouldn’t waste the energy on this. How do we justify?

was reminded of a text by Thomas McEvilley outlining how shifts between basically "right and left " leaning principles have always oscillated through the ages. I recommend for you to tune into his videos showcasing east /west historical ties. you might even spot a peacock somewhere in the iconography. Anyway, I got to thinking about whether 2 artists of similar philosophical inclination should be showcasing their sameness or if it's time to delve into the other, undercover, research how the other half lives? this can potentially come across as some sort of subversion, or perhaps it might lead to some kind of unifying principle, a symbol of hope? don't know, what do you think? here's some pictures based (as usual) on word searches, can you guess the word?:
