Sorry, I  left my  phone at home for little while charging. I saw you had left msgs but I haven't had the time to read. however, here's some reflections on our last chat: My observations from being a dad…. Sometimes despite your best efforts , your child is not going to agree with you, come out like you.. we can expect, this. Here’s my thoughts. The idea of parenting. Some couples set out to make babies in a targeted procreation, for others this happens by happenstance,  a regrettable accident. Either way, we.. as all animals of the kingdom, raise the kids in our own image, passing on our values, as it has been for thousands of years. Worldwide attitudinal and behavioural shifts don’t happen very suddenly, it takes generations and exposure to “difference” in order for true change to occur. was reminded of a text by Thomas McEvilley outlining how shifts between basically "right and left " leaning principles have always oscillated through the ages. I recommend for you to tune into his videos showcasing east /west historical ties. you might even spot a peacock somewhere in the iconography. Anyway, I got to thinking about whether 2 artists of similar philosophical inclination should be showcasing their sameness or if it's time to delve into the other, undercover, research how the other half lives? this can potentially come across as some sort of subversion, or perhaps it might lead to some kind of unifying principle, a symbol of hope? don't know, what do you think? here's some pictures based (as usual) on word searches, can you guess the word?:
